Banyan Tree Residences Creston Hill’s villas and condominiums are woven through the natural terrain of the valley and lake. The resulting grassland spaces between buildings are turned into courtyards or retained as forest landscape to allow habitants to enjoy the undulating terrain.
The essence of Banyan Tree Residences Creston Hill is assembled by the use of natural wood and steel to craft a contemporary identity which draws inspiration from the raw nature of Khao Yai.
VILLAS
Designed as private sanctuaries where nature interlaces with rooms, all pool villas feature “disintegrated wall” elements to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Doors in the large living room slide open to face the private pool, front lawn, and lake, emphasising the horizontality of the scenery. Sliding louvres in the master bedroom expand the space and transforms the bedroom into a semi-outdoor space.
To interact with Khao Yai’s terrain, each bedroom features their own private inner courtyard where residents can enjoy framed views of nature. For the interior design palate, the shades of a misty forest infuse the villas with a sense of calmness, as if natural scenery is flowing into the room.
